As part of our Masters week countdown, we are looking at all 18 holes of Augusta National. With seven days to go before the first major, today our focus is on the third hole, Flowering Peach.

Named after the plant native to China, the Flowering Peach is the shortest par‑4 on the course. Historically playing to an average of 4.07 strokes, it ranks as the fifth‑easiest hole at Augusta. The third hole has never been easier in a single tournament than 3.885 strokes, recorded at the 2011 Masters, while its highest stroke average stands at 4.267, set during the 1989 Masters.
