On April 28, 1966, John Daly, aka Long John, was born in Carmichael, California. Known for his non-country-club look and attitude, he turned pro in 1987. Daly reached his pinnacle thanks to his "zero-to-hero" win at the 1991 PGA Championship. Four years later, he claimed his second major at The Open. The big hitter has five PGA Tour wins and one on the Senior Tour. Oh, and he released two music albums — My Life (2002), and I Only Know One Way (2010) — plus appeared in Happy Gilmore 2.
