On December 6, 2019, Jo Ann Washam, the first LPGA pro to record two holes-in-one in the same event, passed away at the age of 69. Hailing from Auburn, Washam turned pro in 1973, and won three tournaments on the LPGA. In the 1979 Women’s Kemper Open, she aced the 16th hole in the second round and then aced the 7th hole in the final round. |
