On March 18, 2004, Arnold Palmer played his 26th and final Bay Hill Invitational (now Arnold Palmer Invitational). In his last PGA Tour start, he shot 88 in the opening round and 79 in the second, missing the cut. Not all memories are bad, though. It was at this event that he hit his driver off the deck for his last iconic full swing on Tour. Exactly 11 years earlier on the same date, Arnie made a 73 here in the first round. He went on to make the cut, tying for 71st.
